“ I usually enjoy stopping here. Really nice people. Coffee is generally good for a drive through option. Sadly today, the cold foam cold brew I ordered didn’t appear to have any cold foam or cold brew. It was more like a cup of a milk with a splash of coffee flavor. I was brining it to someone and sadly they didn’t even drink it. Hate to waste it and the money, but there it wasn’t drinkable. Emailed support but they can’t make refunds happen as each location is individually owned. Which is both understandable and unfortunate. ”

“ I started getting a morning coffee at the Beaverton Hillsdale Highway location a few months back because it was along my morning walk route. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality, service, and price of their espresso drinks. I made it part of my morning routine. I don't know what happened but after a few weeks the quality started to drop off noticeably. In particular the milk was hot but not really steamed. It was basically hot milk (no foamy smoothness). I thought that everyone has a bad day and maybe the baristas were just off their game a couple times. Unfortunately it became the norm. I started to doubt going there any more but hoped the situation would just sort itself out. The last time I went there (and I do mean last) the milk wasn't even hot. It was just luke warm - barely above body temperature. I noticed when the barista handed me the drink she had a really disconcerted look about her while giving the beverage. After I drove away and took a sip I understood why. They drink was not suitable for sale but it was handed to me anyway. I guess it was just rushed. I won't be back. That said the baristas were friendly enough and pleasant to speak to. I like that they would come out and take your order while you were waiting to pull up to the window thereby speeding up service. If the coffee quality came up to snuff I would be a regular but alas. ”

“ Service is always great and the girls get drinks out very quickly. My only complaint (something I saw in another review) is that there is no easy option to leave a tip. I wish they would employ one of the tablets I see at other establishments to quickly leave tips via card. Us Gen Z kids are incapable of remembering to stock our wallets with the old ‘paper’ money. Help us out! ”
